Current Severe Weather Outlook for Georgia

The Storm Prediction Center has issued a Slight Risk for much of Georgia. However, the Southeast and Northwest parts will experience just general thunderstorms. Below is their outlook for the state.

So far, a weak line of thunderstorms with heavy rain and thunder pushed through Northwest Georgia earlier this morning, but gradually fell apart by now. A few storms in South Georgia are hovering near severe limits, but so far, no severe weather has happened yet in Georgia today.
